About Us

We rebuilt the supply chain backwards — maker first, market second.

Vanijya Global is a New Delhi based trading house working across three Indian traditions: pure A2 desi cow ghee, cow dung based organic and ritual products, and handmade handicrafts. Everything we sell has a name and a village attached to it.

Our story

Started because good Indian products kept arriving diluted

The founding idea was unglamorous: buy from the people who actually make things, pay them properly, and refuse to interfere with methods that already work. That single rule shaped every product line that followed.

Our ghee is churned the bilona way because the shortcut version tastes hollow. Our havan cups are sun-dried because kiln speed ruins the burn. Our handicrafts come from family workshops because a mould can copy a shape but never a hand.

We operate from Dwarka, New Delhi, and ship from retail packs to container loads — with the same documentation discipline for a single jar as for a full consignment.

Our mission

To carry India's traditional foods, organic inputs and handicrafts to buyers everywhere without diluting the method, the maker's share or the buyer's trust.

Our vision

A supply chain where a jar of ghee, a bag of vermicompost and a carved panel each carry the same proof of origin as a fine wine.

Our promise

What we sample is what we ship. If a lot cannot meet the standard we quoted, we tell you before dispatch, not after.

Inside the chain

From gaushala floor to your shelf

Scroll through the five stages every consignment passes before it carries our lot code.

  1. Indigenous desi cows grazing on fresh green fodder

    Stage 01

    The herd comes first

We only work with gaushalas and family dairies where indigenous cows graze in the open. No hormone protocols, no tie-stall shortcuts — the animal's routine sets our production calendar, not the other way round.

  2. Traditional wooden bilona churning of curd in a clay pot

    Stage 02

    Churned at dawn, never separated

Overnight curd is hand-churned with a wooden bilona before sunrise and simmered on a low flame. It costs us hours a cream separator would save, and it is the only reason the ghee smells the way it does.

  3. Hands holding dark vermicompost with earthworms above green foliage

    Stage 03

Nothing from the shed is wasted

Dung leaves the same shed as sun-dried manure, worm-worked vermicompost, havan cups and dhoop. One circle, four product lines, zero landfill.

  4. Hand-painted Indian blue pottery vases and bowls with folk motifs

    Stage 04

    Hands, not moulds

Our handicrafts come from workshops we sit in — potters, weavers, puppet makers and bell smiths who are paid an agreed rate before the first piece is made.

  5. Wheelbarrow filled with fresh cow dung at a cattle farm

    Stage 05

    Lot-coded, then dispatched

Every consignment is weighed, photographed, lot-coded and documented in Dwarka before it leaves — whether it is one retail jar or a full export container.

What we hold to

Three commitments we don't trade away

Fair to the maker

Rates are agreed before production, not negotiated down after. Artisans and gaushalas know exactly what they will earn.

Loyal to the method

We refuse cream-separated ghee, charcoal-loaded dhoop and mould-cast 'handicrafts'. If it cannot be made properly, we don't list it.

Honest with the buyer

Real lead times, real lot sizes, real test reports. We would rather lose an order than promise something we can't ship.

How we work

A small team with a deliberately short chain

Direct producer network

Gaushalas, dairy clusters and karigar families we visit in person, not through agents.

Zero-waste circle

Dung becomes manure, manure becomes harvest, and the same dung returns to the altar as havan cups.

Retail to container

Small parcels, dealer bags, truck loads and export containers dispatched from New Delhi.

Our journey

How the house grew

  1. Origin

Founded in Dwarka, New Delhi as a small ghee-supply operation for families who wanted the real thing.

  2. Growth

Partnered with gaushalas to bring cow dung manure, vermicompost, havan cups and dhoop into the catalogue.

  3. Craft

Added Indian handicrafts sourced directly from wood, brass, textile and pottery clusters.

  4. Export

Registered for import–export operations and began shipping consignments to overseas buyers.

  5. Today

Serving households, farms, temples, retailers and overseas buyers with a single quality promise.

What we supply

Six ranges under one quality promise
